August 17th- Two for One

To all my faithful blog readers (if there's any other reader other than Linda) i know the colour of my blogs are a little too glaring on the eye. So i decided to use a less heavy colour this time hehehe... eh? how come like that one? another colour! Never mind la..it doesn't look too bad though ;-) August 17th. Now this date is not only the day i look forward to enjoy myself but to have double laughter, joy, and wish. Yes, it's my close friend's birthday. Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to Lai Yee...! Happy Birthday to you.....!!! Well, to recap the event that day, a group of 7 girls had made a plan on a suprise birthday party for Lai Yee. Siew Hoon, Chi Hui, Hor Yan, Cheng Cheng, Teng Teng, Florence and me! Chi Hui ordered a cake and brought it to KFC at Jusco while i bring Lai Yee around for window shopping at Jusco and wait for the others to prepare everything. The preparation went a little out of plan in the beginning. Hor Yan and Cheng Cheng reached KFC first and waited for everyone like a doll for about 30 mins. Siew Hoon forgot her camera so she had to get back to Genting Klang to get it and Florence followed. And God knows what Chi Hui was doing, she took quite long to get the cake to KFC. Anyway, i managed to blindfold Lai Yee and lead her all the way from Body Shop to KFC safely. She was very hessitating to be blindfolded. I could only handle it until we reached KFC. She aggressively took off the blindfold without me knowing. I took my glance off her for a mere second only! Sigh...that girl ah...spoil plan only. What to do? She's the Birthday girl that day. But of course, later i insisted to put the blindfold back before Chi Hui comes in with the cake. I had to hold onto the blindfold with my two hands as Lai Yee keep on pulling onto the blindfold. Susah la this girl..... Anyway, i took off the blindfold once the candles are lit. Blah blah blah birthday songs, make wish, blow candles, cut cake, eat cake...as usual la. The cake was nice but very very filling. It's Chocolate Cheese from Secret Recipe...jeng jeng jeng..finally details of the cake is revealed.
After so much of cakes, we took some 'posiee' and 'pai leng' pics. We managed to get some leng chai sitting behind us to take the pic of all of us (well Tartians...good looking? ok la...) Cheeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzz! Oh! i forgot. Unfortunately one of our member didn't turn out. Teng Teng. She had fallen sick that day. Couldn't come. So we "ta pau" a slice of cake for her. All of us paid already one!
